Etta W. Money

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of InCharge® Institute, Etta Money is responsible for all operating units at InCharge. This includes credit counseling, debt management, bankruptcy and new consumer financial solutions programs. Additionally, she manages the public service announcement and web operations as well as the operations support and training functions.

Ms. Money also serves as President of InCharge® Debt Solutions, where she is responsible for leading the credit counseling and debt management operations of the company.

Formerly Chief Financial Officer of InCharge Institute, she was responsible for the daily financial operations of the organization, as well as the management of procurement; banking interfaces; administration and quality functions of the orgaqnization.

Ms. Money began her career with the organization in 1996 as Controller of the former subsidiary corporation Freedom Network International, Inc. She became Trust Accounting Manager for Genus Credit Management in 1997 before accepting her former position as CFO and Secretary/Treasurer in 1998.

Prior to joining InCharge, Ms. Money served as Controller for Riemer Muegge and Associates, Inc., where she implemented and supervised the transition to a network computer accounting system. She developed and implemented a collections policy and procedures which resulted in an increase in collections and improved cash flow, with a drop in amounts over 90 days from 30 percent to 13 percent. She was responsible for developing a revenue distribution module to distribute revenue accurately among divisions.

From 1984 through 1991, Ms. Money was a staff accountant for Rouse and Associates, an international real estate development and property management firm where she was responsible for proposed project management reporting, project-to-date tracking and year-to-date developer fee schedules.

Ms. Money received a bachelor of arts degree in political science and a bachelor of science in business management and accounting from the University of Maryland. Additionally, she completed the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School Executive Development Program in Financial Management. Most recently, she graduated from Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
