William R. Malseed, President

Bill Malseed is the President of InCharge Education Foundation, providing strategic oversight and operational direction.  He also holds the title of Treasurer for InCharge Institute of America, Inc. (ICI), InCharge Debt Solutions (IDS), and InCharge Housing Counseling Services. Since 1999, Mr. Malseed has provided accounting and financial management services to all ICI affiliated organizations, managing a team of 15 people. Reporting directly to the IDS president, his responsibilities include all aspects of financial/operational accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, employee services, and facilities. In 2009, he became President of InCharge Education Foundation, Inc.

With more than thirty years of financial experience, Mr. Malseed spent 18 of those years with PHH Corporation. During his tenure with PHH Corporation, he was supervisor of corporate accounting, manager of financial reporting, and manager of corporate accounting. Bill has also served in leadership roles with CitiFinancial, Alexander & Alexander, and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Malseed graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been awarded the Lybrand Accounting Medal for academic achievement and holds professional affiliations with the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and also with the Institute of Certified Management.
