Dafne Torres, Manager of Education Relationships

As Manager of Education Relationships for InCharge Education Foundation, Dafne Torres is responsible for alliance prospecting, conference/seminar coordination, department metrics, partner projects and maintaining educational partner relationships significant to the continued growth of the Foundation.

Dafne joined InCharge Institute in 2001 as Operations Accounting Team Lead, InCharge Debt Solutions, where she oversaw operations such as process development and software improvements. She also worked with the Payment Programming Team in the customer support area. She has since increasingly assumed additional responsibilities and been instrumental in moving forward with many Foundation initiatives.

Prior to her responsibilities at InCharge, Dafne worked for Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort in the Nav-Com office, where she handled surveys and letters of complaint and orchestrated cast special events for the resort. She is currently pursing a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
