InCharge Education Foundation Partners with the US Conference of Mayors

August 31, 2004. As part of the USCM's CINAC, ICEF will be working with the City of Detroit to educate its citizens about financial literacy and maintaining good credit. Using tested materials already developed, ICEF will be training-the-trainers from two neighborhood organizations, and these individuals will then use these materials as they help their fellow members build financial wellness.
