The Consumer Federation of America works to advance pro-consumer policies before federal and state governments and regulatory agencies, especially advocating the interests of the least affluent and other underserved groups. CFA is also an educational organization, disseminating information on consumer issues to the public and the media, as well as policy makers and public interest advocates. InCharge is an active supporter and participant in America Saves, CFA's program to encourage low- and middle-income households to save and build wealth.
