The Pulse of America Reports 3rd Quarter 2006

InCharge® Education Foundation (ICEF) commissions quarterly studies, and their purpose is to explore the condition of a large national sample of the general U.S. adult population, relating to personal finance. This paper will focus on findings from the eight questions which comprise the COPE Scale™,. Each question is shown together with the frequencies of responses, detailed tables of ratings and tables which collapse the original ten point scale ratings into groupings. There is also a “COPE Scale” rating, which represents the average of all eight questions
