Workers Want More than Retirement Education at Their Workplace: A Report of Research Findings

This study asked workers what future financial education programs they would like to see offered at their place of employment and investigated whether the desired workplace education programs differed by workers’ demographic characteristics.
The importance of workplace financial education is also addressed. Recommendations and implications for workplace financial education are offered for personal finance educators, employers, and human resource managers.
