Bankruptcy Education

Bankruptcy legislation recently enacted by Congress requires everyone filing for bankruptcy to complete a Pre-Filing Credit Counseling Session prior to filing and a Debtor Education Instructional Course in personal financial management prior to receiving a bankruptcy discharge.

To meet these requirements, the InCharge® Education Foundation offers two interactive online programs. These programs are approved to issue certificates evidencing completion of both courses in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a Provider's services.

These interactive online courses can be completed conveniently from your home, office or any place with an Internet connection. You can start, stop and save your work whenever you like - it is completely self-paced.

Once you complete the course, you will have met all educational requirements for the Bankruptcy Court and you will receive a certificate that you can give to your attorney, the trustee or the Court.

Why Choose The InCharge Courses?

Low Cost: The cost of our bankruptcy education program is about half the amount charged by other agencies approved to provide pre-filing and pre-discharge bankruptcy education. We are committed to providing you with a convenient, low-cost alternative to other bankruptcy education programs.

Easy-to-Use Online Education Program: We deliver our low-cost bankruptcy education program in an easy-to-use online format. Once you purchase the program, you can immediately log in and begin taking the course. Start, stop and return to the course as often as needed. Your certificate will be processed and sent to you and/or your attorney by fax, email, or U.S. mail upon completion.

Complete InCharge's convenient and interactive web-based program, and you receive the certificate necessary to meet the requirements of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.
